VSync
Disabled
Vsync synchronizes the game’s frame rate with the refresh rate of your monitor and eleminates screen taring. But this can introduce additional input latency and can cause frame stuttering.
NVIDIA Reflex Low Latency
Off
NVIDIA Reflex Low Latency reduces PC latency and increases responsiveness by syncing up the CPU and GPU for more efficient rendering.
Boost Mode can slighly decrease FPS and increase GPU power draw if CPU bound.

“CNN” is the model coming from DLSS 2 and 3 versions. Its a fast and high quality method.
Field of View (FOV)

Adjusts the field of view the game is rendered with. The value corresponds to vertical field of view. The game maintains vertical field of view across different aspect ratios. However, if you are struggling with FPS lower this value

This setting smoothens mouse movement but makes it much more difficult to see when moving the mouse around quickly
NVIDIA RTX Global Illumination
Static
“Static” preset uses pre-calculated lighting data, and has the smallest performance cost. If you have a good GPU you can use “Dynamic – Low” or “Dynamic – Medium“
Overall Quality Preset
Custom
Custom settings will allow you to modify the settings to what your hardware can handle. While maintaining good graphics. If needed put to “Low“
View Distance
Low
Controls how far objects are drawn and their level of detail in distance. If the setting is put on “Medium” there is roughly a 1% decrease in frames. So if your hardware allows put it to the maximum setting possible.
Anti-Aliasing
Low
Recommended to keep on low setting. This setting has minor impact on GPU performance in case TAAU or TSR is the selected resolution scaling method.
Shadows
Low
Controls quality of shadowing including resolution, filtering, number of dynamic shadows and shadowing of volumetric fog. This has major impact on GPU performance and a moderate imapact on CPU rendering performance
Post- Processing

This controls the amount of anisotropic texture filtering and the resolution of terrain textures. This has a minor impact on video memory and a minor impact on GPU performance.

Controls quality of effects like Particles, Sub-Surface Scattering and Sky Atmosphere. This has a moderate impact on GPU performance. Its recommended to avoid changing this setting when in-game as it may trigger additional shader preloading.
Reflections

Controls quality of reflection effects. This has a moderate impact on GPU performance.
Foliage
Low
Controls the density of foliage across the levels. This has a moderate impact on GPU performance, when vegetation is visible on the screen. Its recommended to keep this setting low so that players hiding in vegetation can be seen easily.
Global Illumination Resolution
Low
Controls the screen-space resolution in which the global illumination is applied to the scene. This has moderate impact on GPU performance.
In-Game Perfomance Overlay
Simple
This setting shows performance overlay on the in-game HUD. “Simple” only adds an FPS counter. This is a good setting to use to find what settings to change since “Detailed” option shows various frame time metrics as well, highlighting the factor your performance is limited by.

Smooth frame pacing has a greater impact on tracking accuracy and reaction time than raw refresh numbers alone. A consistent experience allows you to focus on positioning, movement, and target tracking without visual interruptions.
